EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 7-day Exchange policy. After 7 days of delivery, we will not be able to process your Exchange.
To be eligible for a Exchange, the product must be in its original packaging and must be in the same condition as it was delivered to you. We conduct a quality check before shipping the product to you.

CANCELLATION

To cancel your order, please mail your cancel request along with order number to shoeman.onlinestore@gmail.com
All cancellation requests should reach us within 48 hours of placing the order or before delivery of the product. Once the product is delivered, you will not be able to cancel the order. You maybe able to return the product.
For orders made via credit and debit card, it will take 10-12 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your account. For COD orders, it will take atleast 20 working days.
